Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet
This committee works in conjunction with the Meramec Valley School District to coordinate sponsors for senior boys and girls "Elite Scholarship". The committee also selects recipients for awards presented to businesses and individuals for their achievements and contributions to our community. The committee coordinates the communication of the event to all businesses, and they select decorations and entertainment, and purchase award plaques.

SpookFest
This committee organizes the annual trick-or-treat event at City Park on Halloween. THe committee coordinates the booth participants, candy distribution, volunteers, and park decoration.
